Q: Is there a delivery charge?

A: Set up and Delivery is included in the Denver Metro area (Thornton, Westminster, Arvada,Lakewood,Denver, Commerce city, Littleton, Englewood, Aurora and Golden). There is mileage charge for all areas outside of the Denver/Metro Area. Our service area is listed in our Quote page. Please contact for a delivery quote.

Q: What kind of ground prep is necessary?

A: It is not necessary to pour a concrete slab. We only require the site be level within 6" from the highest to the lowest point. We recommend 3/4" river rock for a foundation but it is not required. We have referral's for landscapers who can prep the area if needed.

We will use a combination of treated wood shims and or concrete blocks to level off the shed. If the site is perfectly level the shed will set on the ground with no shims. If you are in question of your site we provide free line levels at our showroom to check slope.

Q: Is a building permit required?

A: In most areas you can build a shed up to 120 sq ft without a permit. If it is larger than that a permit may be required. Each city and county is different, it is recommended to contact your city or county for details. If a permit is needed we can provide all the engineering needed, customers are responsible for pulling their own permits though.

Note* If a permit is required each Jurisdiction's requirements are different. The most common options needed are anchors (high wind option $200), stamped engineering ($500), and the permit cost itself is usually $150-$300. With most permitted structures please budget between $600-$1000 additional to shed price for extra options and permit cost itself.

Q: Is the building built on site?

A: We prefab our sheds in sections and do final assembly on site. The video below shows a shed being assembled on site.

Q: Do you require a down payment?

A: We require a 10% down payment to secure an installation date. This 100% refundable up to 7 days before the delivery date.

Q: Do I have to be home for the build?

A: We do request for the customer to be home the day of the build. If it is not possible we can make special arrangements.

A: Yes, all prices include assembly in the Denver/metro area.
